What is the Energy Module ?
The installation of a DNI (Intelligent Level Detector) and its energy module makes it possible to calculate the consumption of compressors, condenser fans and pumps (indirect circuits).
Capable of determining the actual Performance Coefficients of an installation, the duo "DNI + energy module" alerts in the event of energy drift or in the event of the risk of compressor failure thanks to the powerful analysis tools of the Sentinelle web interface.
The energy module makes it possible to measure up to 3 powers of three-phase motor per module.
The module can be configured from the DNI and it is therefore possible to install several modules to, for example, measure the power consumed by 5 compressors and condenser fans.
The DNI and the energy module trace the enthalpy cycle of the installation in real time. Available on the Sentinelle interface, the layout of the enthalpy cycle is coupled with a panel of tools to aid in the diagnosis of breakdowns and advice dedicated to improving the performance of refrigeration installations.
Before performing a retrofit, it is possible to install a DNI with an Energy module pack in order to be able to memorize the powers and the COPs. It is then possible to compare the COPs of each refrigerant as a function of the outside temperature.
The energy module includes:
3 times 3 inputs for current transformers (TI)
1 input for a PT100 temperature probe
1 set of jumpers for addressing
3 inputs for 400 Volts network voltage
1 input for a 4-20 mA low pressure sensor
1 second bus for dialogue with the DNI
